Sunday, March 30, 2008Every single time I thought it was over, it would overwhelm me all over again.
I have considered - several times, in fact - making it known. But there is always this nagging fear that if certain events don't turn out the way I want them to, then things will never go back to the same familiar ways. The rock and the hard place huh? Ugh. Sometimes I wish I had more guts and less brain cells. Then I wouldn't be stucked in this silly predicament, because I would have just gone straight with my instincts and bypass the consultation with Brain. Oh well, I'll get this matter settled eventually. It's just the waiting and wondering that's killing me.
Now for some updates! Since I am waking up at freaking four in the morning tomorrow, I will make this quick.
I am officially leaving my airport job on the 31st March 2008 - which coincidentally happens to be tomorrow! Can't bear the people, and on certain freaky level, I think I'll miss the job as well. The weird, nice, snobbish, cheerful passengers I meet everyday, practicing my almost non-existent level of Japanese etc. It was fun and tiring while it lasted. But I am all geared up for other new adventures. Whee! Besides, I still can get my colleagues to buy perfumes and cosmetics. *grins*
Next, I found myself another job at Chanel head office in Wheelock Place as a receptionist. Haha. A little far, but well, it's only for two months. So people, if you guys are free, please come find me alright? I don't mind meeting for lunch or catch up after work. Just date me! O.O Lols.
Lastly, I've gotten myself a slot for interview at NTU for a place in the Bachelor of Accountancy. Just thinking of it makes the butterflies in my stomach go on a riot. Yikes. I can't even imagine what questions they might ask. Besides, there will be two faculty members present. I am definitely more comfortable with one interviewer, which is why they put two of course. Anything to make you nervous. Well, just cross your fingers and pray that I don't stutter and make a fool of myself that day. >_<
